What if I want a refund?
Our product return policy states: A customer can, within 5 days of purchase request a full refund less a 10% restocking/processing fee. After 5 days of purchase the customer is not entitled to a refund. If, however, you do feel the need to return the product, please email us at payments@powergoldguides.com and we will get back to you. If the customer does request a refund, and it is issued, the customer must remove any software or files that were downloaded through the purchasing process in order to qualify for a refund.

What if I deleted the file?
Check your purchase email, you can download it again! If for some reason you deleted your purchase email and still want to recover your purchase email support@powergoldguides.com with your purchase receipt and we will resend the email.
